Processing Time
-Shipping time is currently 3-5 business days.
-All custom orders are currently made on live
Return Policy
-I do not accept returns/exchanges as these are handmade custom items. All sales are final
-If a remake is agreed upon, a refund is null and void.
- Air bubbles will eventually develop overtime and/or can develop in the shipping process and are not grounds for a refund or remake
-You have 24 hours from the time the item has arrived to reach out to me if product arrives damaged with pictures included- after that there will be no exceptions at all!
Damaged items: All shipments are insured by USPS, meaning they are responsible for reimbursement due to any damages. If your product arrived damaged file a claim directly with USPS at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. It is recommended you keep all the packaging along with the damaged product until they have fully processed your claim. Instructions on what you will need and how to file a claim is in the link provided.
